Have you ever felt like you couldn’t do something but you just couldn’t figure out why you could not do it?
When you lack confidence you lack effort and allow defeat to reside inside of you. You began to feel content with misfortune which ultimately turns into being content with just being average. You cannot just expect things to happen or situations to change if you don’t put forth the effort to make that change happen. There is greater in you and you can go beyond measures and do what you never thought you could. Sometimes you have to look deep within yourself, identify that emptiness you feel, confront that battle you’re having within yourself and move that mountain in order for your actions to follow the positive path you’ve set.
Having confidence starts with you and only you. It is okay to frequently reassure yourself of what you are capable of doing. If you do not boost yourself and believe that you have the potential to fulfill anything you desire no one else will.
Here are a few pointers that will help you head in the right direction:
Setting goals will ensure that you are on track to accomplishing that goal. When you set those goals don’t just aim for the little things. Set big goals and challenge yourself.
Keep Journals for those goals.
Write down the things you want to accomplish and when you want to accomplish them, note if you’ve done so, and if you haven’t completed them jot down any alternatives or reasons why you haven’t done so to find a solution.
Never push yourself too hard, you don’t want to feel overwhelmed or lose yourself in the midst of what you are doing. Breaks are helpful because they give you time to rejuvenate your thoughts and brainstorm bigger and better ideas.
And lastly, keep the confidence.
Never feel that your confidence level is “too high,” be bold and courageous in all you do. There are many roads that lead you to success but confidence is the oil that keeps you, the car, running. Take some time out and see if you are where you want to be and if you are not checking your confidence level is a start.
Ask yourself these questions:
- Do I feel like I’m not worthy to do this task?
- Do I have the self-assurance that I can complete this task?
- Have I put in my all and produced my best work?
- Am I setting goals? Etc.

Uncertainty and Unknowns are not all bad use it as a source of power
Think back to some of the best moments of your life, and you’ll be reminded that many of them were faced with great uncertainty. The unknown forces you to be curious to explore and to move out of your comfort zone. All the above ingredients are vital and required if you’re going to manifest your best self.
Now Focus On What You Want To Have
When you are able to focus on what you want it takes the focus off of what you don’t have. You should should key in with laser focus on the thoughts that will move you closer towards your goals. You should map out a plan through brainstorming or creative visualization—this allows you to tap into the bigger picture, and will eventually push doubt away.
Celebrate You entering into the Known
Finally, while uncertainty, the unknown and adversity are vital essentials of change, you also need to be able to balance yourself when fear rises. One of the best ways to do this is by refocusing on things you know you know, things you have overcome in the past, and all your past accomplishments. You have these In your bank already simply because you can count strictly on yourself to bring yourself into balance. Everything you need is within your reach. You can also create your own affirmations or speak the Creators WORD back to Him.

Greatness is the word meant for women. Kindness is the word made for their heart. They are the subtlest souls on the surface. They are the sweethearts of the planet earth; the people who can do what they want. Had the God not created them, nothing would have been created.
Women have generosity of spirit. They have the nobility for sure. Goodness is inside her. She is the strength of men. She is the mother, sister, wife and daughter. She is bearing, loving, caring and doing whatsoever they want.
Women have strengths that amaze men. They can hold sufferings and carry heavy burdens. She holds happiness, love and opinions. She smiles when feeling like screaming. She sings when she feels like crying, cries when she is happy and laughs when she is afraid.
The only thing she needs to remember is that she is not weak. She is strong. She can do whatever she wants. God has created her just as men. Freedom is the name synonym to yours.
Women who take pride in their women hood are the ones that know that class and grace are not qualities you compromise with. It’s not about their look but their aura. What makes them highly desirable is that they don’t worry about their physical shortcomings. They have the solution for everything.
Carry yourself with elegance and charm that only you can possess. While struggling, don’t forget one thing, you are a woman, you need to show love, poise and maturity. Just release your greatness. Unleash your charm and see the magic.
Have you ever felt like there is a lot that you want to do, but you suppress your wishes because of something that must have happened in the past? There are a lot of women that face this condition. Many women find things that they are passionate about but can’t go after their dream because of a past embarrassment or an event of bullying. There are many women that change the road of their life or simply suppress their dreams just because they fear to face the same situation again. This feeling can get worse over time. In a lot of cases, the events are of much less severity, but the mind adds fake additions to the bad memories and makes them feel even worse.
Many of the young females face this condition. But is this what we are? Are we bound or constricted from chasing our dreams just because of something that happened in the past? Not at all. We are much stronger than we think we are. In the case of young women, we can say that they are much more emotionally strong than males of their age. Girls are more expressive about their emotions and that doesn’t mean that they are weak. Expressing and accepting your fears or problems is the first step to success. What after we have accepted them? After that, we need to overcome them. It may sound like it is a very hard thing to do. But it definitely is not. How can a single memory keep you from moving on? There are countless examples of inspirational females that have had a tough past and later achieved success by overcoming their fears. Below are mentioned three of my favourite personalities. Have a look and be inspired.
Marie Curie can be termed as the one and the only. She is considered one of the leading role models of women empowerment. What is women empowerment? It is being recognised and respected as a woman (when it is known to be “a man’s world”). She was toe to toe with all the great male scientists in the world of her time. Beating many of them, she won 2 Nobel awards, in 1903 and 1911 (making herself an all time perfect role model for young women).
Emilia Earhart is also one of the most prominent examples of women empowerment in modern history. She was the first female pilot to cross the Atlantic Ocean. She defeated her fears (she believed that “fear is just a paper tiger”). She set many records. She was also part of an organisation of female pilots (known as the “Ninety-Nines”) that worked to encourage women empowerment. She defeated all taboos associated with women flying aircraft’s and made her name in the history as a symbol of women empowerment.
Nora was one of the most talented women. She was a producer, director, journalist, writer, screenwriter, play writer and many other role players. She was a role model (and still is) to many young women with a tough past (as she did have it herself). A story about her life can be read in her autobiographical novel named “Heartburn” where she refers to her marriage breakdown and other serious problems. Even with so much negative in her life, she achieved so much.

You are nothing less than these women. Just like them, you need to put your past behind and chase your dreams. Be an inspiration for others.
Your Dream will be Faced with Challenges
Many dreamers have imagined having the life of their dreams. Oftentimes, dreams and set goals are challenged. After years of efforts, dreamers come back to tell their story of how long it took and hard it was to finally see their dreams come true. The road wasn’t easy and the efforts were not few. There were many delays, obstacles, and problems. When you working on displaying your dreams from the darkness to the light you must be willing to fill your way around. You may knock some things down and you just might bump a toe, but you have to keep moving. When you are walking around and wondering how to get things done It feels like you’re the only one having issues. It sometimes seems like success for everyone else was so easy; however, you will find that they suffered some pain and failed several times before achieving any meaningful target and made any gain on the ladder of success.
I haven learned that the bigger your dreams are the harder it gets. The more ambitious your goals are the more difficulties you will face. It can hard sometimes. You will go through a period of time where you don’t feel like putting in the effort because you’re not seeing success. People you thought were with you are actually against you, your support system is not being very supportive, and you’re facing a record number of difficulties on your way to the target. When this happen in your life and business, what will you do? Will you give up or keep moving? When you fall will you get up and persist through your struggles?
Tips to determine if your dreams will be your reality
- Consider your attitude
- Evaluate your experiences
- Have you sharpened your skills?
- How are you networking and at what frequency?
- Are you committed?
- Have you made up your mind, not to quit?
- You must have a stubborn unwillingness to not give up
- Believe that your dreams are possible
- Reach out and get help
- Let your light shine in all your dark places

Move and Act with the Weight on your Shoulders
Your own body weight can work you out so just imagine carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. Life had been designed to come and hit you from every direction. Many times when the wind blow we don’t know if we are going or coming. You think to yourself is this a test? Is this that thing that’s going to take me out? Can I pass the test because I haven’t had the time nor the opportunity to study? Often times we feel we aren’t prepared to carry this load because it’s too heavy. I have discovered that constant battles eventually can lead to victory if you are willing to stay on the battlefield. I know it’s hard, but you must keep moving, keep believing, keep praying, and most of all keep taking action. The enemy wants to see you down, giving up and giving in. He knows the plans God has for you because he has been ear hustling. He’s aiming to get you off track. You may have to crawl, but you better keep moving. He wants you to think negatively and he’s expecting for you to give up, don’t do it.
I stopped by to tell you that your attitude is everything and you must remain true to your dreams and yourself. You must stay FOCUSED. You must focus on what you want and not what others want for you. Take every negative thought captive and cut it out of your mind when it tries to creep in and tell you that you’re a failure. You no longer have to feel weak, you don’t need to tell yourself you’re a failure, you don’t have to be uncertain about your abilities, you don’t need to second-guess your worth, and you don’t need to feel like you’re not good enough. You can start by imagining the images of your success. What is it that you want to see? Imagine what success will feel like, look like, and sound like. Your desired outcome is possible. Life is going to happen. Prepare yourself for it and it won’t hurt so badly when it show up. I have found that making daily deposits in my prayer bank has helped me carry the weight on my shoulders. Strengthen your mind and it will give you the strength you need in your body.

- Listen to music that moves your soul
- Meditate on the word of God
- Seek out for help
- Think positive, never quit!
- Intensify the thoughts in your mind
We still need to be action takers in the midst of life. When the weight of the world rest on our shoulders we must find a way to balance, keep standing, and walking tall. Focus on the reason you started and the lives you’re going to impact. Razor sharp focus will help you to stand and not fall. It will help you not to give in to the pressure, the weight and the pain. You’re stronger than you think.

Procrastination Is Delaying Your Success
There’s so much to be done. I have discovered that so many people waste a lot of time in actually completing task day to day. If we all be honest, we have seen it and we’re sometimes guilty of procrastination ourselves. You are one of two types of procrastinators. You’re either a procrastinator with a deadline or you’re a procrastinator without a deadline. A procrastinator with a deadline will simply wait until the last minute to complete a task that needs to be done. A perfect example is that 80% of college students are pegged by procrastination. College students will wait to the last minute to complete their assignment then they are required to pull all-nighters to finish the paper and to prepare for the exam. Why do they wait? They wait because they tell themselves “I still have time” Approximately 20% of adults procrastinate and I am sure that number is much higher. A procrastinator without a deadline will continue to put task off. Their tasks are late and unacceptable and sometimes the procrastinators never complete a certain task and continue to make excuses. Procrastinators tell themselves they will do it later, they really don’t feel like they’re being productive, they feel like they need to think about completing the task first, and then they feel like they’re in the wrong mood to get started. It’s a cycle of excuses.
What are you procrastinating about? Is it your next move you’re procrastinating about? Your dreams? You are waiting and thinking that you still have time, but life is still moving. You must make a decision to today so you will not have a life of regrets on tomorrow. It’s time cut the procrastination, plan your next step, and take action.

Action Plans for Your Life
As we get older, we realize the value of the lessons taught when we growing up. We then develop our methods and specific ways of completing task, targeting goals and fulfilling dreams. Many times we will aim at targets without thinking them through and we aim without truly focusing. We all have heard it from one person or another “have written goals” or “have a plan”; however, we really didn’t do much with it and now we realize the importance of knowing how to get our dreams and goals out of our heads and onto paper and into an action plan.
Action plans are vital and they will help you to execute faster and better when you actually know what needs to be done. You may have a great idea, you may be very creative in your mind, but without an action plan you’re running the risk of not getting anything done and you will not be going anywhere soon. Have you made any plans lately? Did they work out for you? What were the last plans you made? Plans will help you get where you are trying to go a lot faster. You will achieve your desired goals and you can experience the outcome you were expecting. There are several different action plans for your life. We must live strategically. We must live on purpose, with purpose, and with an action plan. Now, think about what you are currently doing in life as you read this blog. Are you a mother? Are you a student, a teacher, a wife, a singer, a blogger? What do you want to do differently? Are you content or complaining? Are you truly happy? Do you love the role you are currently playing? If not, what are you willing to do about it?

- Write out your goals and be very specific
- Document, your timing. When are you expecting to achieve your goals?

- Re-adjust if and when necessary, life happens
As you go through the process of putting your action plan together, you will find that you’re more motivated. Your plans will give something to work towards and to look forward to. You don’t want to half do your plans after all this is your life. You also want to make sure your list is up-to-date, very clear, specific, and complete. Your plan is a real living and breathing document. It requires your attention or it will surely die. I encourage you to stay motivated and not to get frustrated if it doesn’t go exactly as you planned it. It’s alright to try again and make the necessary adjustments and keep it moving. When you get discouraged you allow it to rob you of your energy. I challenge you to power up, make your plans and THRIVE. You will find the more prepared and focused you are the more you will achieve. Remember it takes ACTIONS!!
When you fall get back up!
As a small child, learning to walk is a part of life. We all know what a remarkable experience this can be to watch and witness a baby attempt to walk for the very first time. You may not remember this experience for yourself personally, but you have seen it before whether it be a child of yours, a sister, a brother, a cousin, a friend, or whomever. We have seen it before.
When they are ready and sometimes when they are pushed and pressured to get ready they will start to make steps. The process begins will a step or two and then they fall. The baby generally falls face first, but this doesn’t stop them from wanting to get up and try again. Walking is like failure we fall but we get back up and the next time we go a little farther and we take a few more steps. During this process, we cheer them on and encourage them by saying “yes you did it”, “look at you” “you can do it big girl or little handsome man”. We will start clapping and calling for someone else to see. We will put them on Facebook live and tell them to do it again. What we do next,we get farther away from them and ask them to walk to you. Sometimes when they fall we cry, we laugh, and we scream all at the same time. The baby begins to feel proud and they will start to smile and clap their little hands. They will now want to do it over and over again.
So, I said that to say this, we all know how to do this because we have done it before. We know how to fall and get back up. I know how to fall and get back up. Yes, you do too even if it’s only in your mind. We all have done it before. Now, since we have done this before at some point in life I must ask the question are you courageous enough to get up? When you fall down will you just sit there? Will you just lay there? Will you just complain about it and cry? You must be bold and fearless. You got to have courage and you must be willing and committed. It doesn’t matter if it hurt. It doesn’t matter if you’re initially afraid. It doesn’t matter even if you think you can. You must try again. You must try with everything you got. Resisting, complaining and have a pity party about things that are normal for everybody. You’re not the only one. I am challenging you to allow your adversities, challenges, obstacles, and detours to be opportunities for you to get up. Opportunities for you to grow. Opportunities for you to thrive.
You must acknowledge the fact that obstacles, failures, and challenges will happen, but you must decide to not be defeated by them. Get up and go after what you want. I don’t care how many times you have tried, TRY AGAIN. Your book, try again. Your career, try again. Your ministry, try again. Be bold that exposure, try again. When you fall how long does it take you to get back up? How long are you going to sit there? How long are you going to just lay there?
